Team History:
- Molson Kawasaki was formed in 2004 but it wasn't until Molson Holdings and Kawasaki UK extended their relationship for the 2005 season and signed two young riders, Tom Church and Gareth Swanepoel, to run the MX2 class in all British and World Championship rounds did the team in its current state come to be.
- A progression of the well established MJ Church Kawasaki motocross squad, Molson Kawasaki’s rise to status as one of the leading and most professional British teams is due to the team’s passion for motocross but also their ability to form a tight, efficient and well-backed effort. Their achievement s with the KX250F in the space of just four years mean that they are an important component of Kawasaki’s competitive off-road motorcycling arm and have the full support of the factory for 2008 where Molson Kawasaki will be fielding a four rider attack on the World Championship with new rider Gautier Paulin—the current European MX2 Champion—joining Stephen Sword and Gareth Swanepoel on full factory KX250F-SRs while Tom Church makes his debut in the MX1 class on a KX450F.
