Team History:
- Roy Emberson founded the motocross team way back in 1988 starting out in the AMCA Championship classes and a year later turned his attention to the ACU. The team has had a great relationship with Yamaha as they have been involved in the Emberson set-up since its inception in 1988. The team had success from it’s outset when Danny Wilkinson won the AMCA Superclass and the team has attracted some of the biggest names in the sport such as Dave Thorpe, Paul Cooper and American Jeff Dement as well as Matt Bates, Justin Morris, Jordan Rose, Rikki Priest, Ryan Voase, Tim Elverson, Jamie Wilson, Bradley Briggs, Kevin Reed, Matt Harvey, Glen Phillips, the Smyth brothers Danny and Jody plus recent success with Brad Anderson claiming a race win and overall win in 2007.
